John Maxwell: I have been to China a few times, whether it is private travel or invited to visit, and many business leaders have contact, I found that Chinese entrepreneurs are very diligent, and dare to try and innovate. China is full of opportunities, a condition that many nations and people do not yet possess.

So I have also found that many leaders live in opportunistic thinking, paying too much attention to opportunities or ideas, ignoring the fundamentals of long-term development-such as the establishment of core values and the systematic development and training of leadership, which limits the future development of the enterprise.

There are also some leaders, like the patriarchal style of leadership, the subordinates to adopt more authoritarian management, resulting in the organization's creativity can not develop, the team become a mere formality, they will have a high feeling of the cold.
