14 years ago today, Alibaba 18 founder officially embarked on the road of entrepreneurship. 4 years ago, the 10 anniversary of Alibaba, we announced that 18 founders of the group had resigned from the "founder" status, starting from scratch and facing the future.

People always have the day of sickness and death. Alibaba's founders have a variety of reasons to leave the company. We know very well that the company has come today, not the 18 founders, but the culture they created to make the company unique. Most companies, after losing their founder culture, are rapidly fading into a mediocre business company. We hope Alibaba can go further.
