New York, July 13 (Xinhua) after the 150-year jail sentence for financial fraud, Mark Draille was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the same offence and fined $380 million for the same charges, according to the news agency. The 59-Year-old Draille graduated from Yale University and Harvard Law School. He was charged May 11 this year on 8 counts of fraud, including money laundering, securities fraud and electronic fraud.　　He himself has confessed to selling holiday tickets to hedge funds and other investors to defraud more than $400 million from these clients. Draille originally faced a 145-year sentence, but Judge Jede Lacove only sentenced Draille 20 years in prison, well below expectations.
