Three reasons for not using Microsoft Windows 10 system

A massive upgrade of Windows is uncommon. Microsoft has been doing this kind of upgrade every 3 years since Windows Vista. Such a slow pace means that older users often have a lot of pent-up demand and need to address existing problems. This is reflected in today's Windows 10 and Windows 8.

Windows 10 is currently published to focus on Windows 8 issues. The new system allows users to choose a new starting directory, and Windows Store applications can now be opened directly in the desktop environment. But there's still a problem, and while it sounds a fundamental change, it's all very technical, and I'm worried that the Windows Technology Preview doesn't do it perfectly.

Windows 8 is not that bad, and the system introduces two very useful system repair functions, one called "Reset" and the other called "restore." With these two features, users can restore the Windows 8 PC to factory status at any time. Users can choose to delete all the data, or they can restore to the pure installation state when all the data is preserved.

Microsoft says installing the Windows 10 Technology Preview will completely disrupt these features. More specifically, if you install Windows 10 on your own device, you lose the ability to "reset" and "restore" the system to Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. You may not be able to do this by clicking the button, but instead create a restore disk for your PC, boot from the restore disk, and then reinstall everything. Reinstalling a device in this way completely deletes all files on the hard drive.

The Windows 10 Technology Preview on Microsoft's Web site may have many cool features, many of which are long overdue for laptops and desktop users, but in my trial, there is still a lack of key things.

Mouse and keyboard experience is good, touch screen and deformation equipment experience is poor. As a user with Windows 8, I like the full screen experience of the Windows Store application. Windows 10 Technology Preview, which opens the Windows Store application in the desktop environment by default, and contains an annoying title bar. You can achieve full screen on the application, but once closed, it will revert to desktop applications. The Windows taskbar is also displayed.

Microsoft plans to address the issue, which has already discussed a new user interface called Continuum, a interface between the desktop and the start screen used on deformable devices. Unfortunately we have to wait until next year to see such a site. If you use Surface Pro or any of the warp devices, you certainly don't want to upgrade to Windows 8 now. At least wait until the legendary Windows 10 consumer preview is released and then installed.

In summary, it is now best for ordinary users not to install the Windows 10 Technology Preview version.
