Beijing Time June 20 News, the recent Zynga has just laid off, and today it bought a small business.

Zynga has reportedly bought a small company called Spooky Cool Labs, a 40-member company based in Chicago, which has many social and real money gaming experts. The aim of Zynga's takeover is clear: to get ready for social gaming.

Oddly, from the official sources of Spooky Cool labs, it developed a gambling game, such as "Wizard Oz", a city-building social game.

Zynga says acquiring the Wizard Oz brand is also part of the deal.

After the acquisition the spooky Cool Labs team will still be in Chicago, working with the Zynga San Francisco social gaming team.
