The court held that for the purpose of illegal possession, Lin Tongwu passed the password test and entered the e-mail address of others without permission, transferred the domain name stored in the e-mail address to the e-mail address that he could control, complied with the secretly stolen behavioral characteristics, and stole The amount is huge and acts constitute theft.

In view of Lin Tongwu pleaded guilty after the case brought good, and all the stolen goods have been returned to the victim, taking into account the particularity of the object of theft and other factors in this case, decided to impose leniency and apply probation, the court made the above decision.
