Realize the fact that every important goal you set for yourself takes a lot of time to achieve.
However, I can assure you that this will happen: in a way, you will be frustrated that things are not progressing faster. You will feel tired and eventually exhausted to want to give up. However, confusion does not bring any help. It's really hard to stay motivated in difficult times, and you may even have the idea of quitting, but if you can, your perseverance will see rewards.
I use the following 5 ways to remind myself of the overall idea and not to give up too easily.

5. Set more than one goal. I am very difficult to implement this proposal myself, but I know it is useful. Setting goals in other areas of your life, such as fitness or health management, will keep you happy and give you enough confidence. It's only a matter of time before you can do what you're going to do. If you have something else to be busy with, the pursuit of success in your job will not make you feel stressed.
