First, product depth and corporate barriers are known, the depth of the product determines the height of the company's barriers. At the beginning of entrepreneurship, we studied a lot of peer-related products, basically can be divided into several categories: the Knowledge class (to study shape, color, number and so on), the subject study class (to literacy, pinyin, mathematics, English mainly), the game class (to Doodle, the small game mainly), the book Class (with the digital painting book, the picture book mainly). After market verification, we found that subject learning products are more popular. So how do we do better than them? With this problem, we visited a number of educational experts from research institutes, through in-depth exchanges we understand that: in all areas of child education has been a lot of in-depth scientific research results, in addition to the above, there are many children's cognitive ability, quality training aspects can be converted into products, that is, we often say " Quality education ". The visit of educational experts gave me a new understanding of children's education, and before that, our understanding of children's education stayed on the surface. It also made me realize that child education is the hallmark of this industry's leading edge. In a word, the depth of children's educational products comes from the depth of educational content system, the real child education product is not simply a few books, several literacy card digitization, but to the scientific education content system as the basis for children to provide systematic education content, this is the company has continuous innovation research and development capabilities of the protection, Continuous innovation in educational content can stabilize the company's industry barriers. Second, the product profit model the Internet has brought about changes in our lives, in addition to convenience is a lot of free resources. I am a network game, the biggest bright spot is to create a "game free, value-added services charge" of the Internet profit model. At present, many children's education products are still using the traditional profit model, that is, paid downloads, or a free lesson, after the course paid to unlock. Another important reason for us to make this choice depends on the educational content system we work with with our research institutes.
