To start a business, you have to have ideas, I do not lack, but the light is not enough, but also have a technical partner, first to make product prototypes, and then find investment. So looking for a technical partner became my top priority in the garage coffee business. At that time, I lived in the South Gate student apartment, 10 o'clock 10 o'clock in the evening every morning, to the garage coffee, this stay is 6 months. Last December or so, met a graduate from China programmer, also in a large company, chatted a few times, but also more congenial, then the brothers back to Yunnan hometown, we occasionally telephone contact. According to the original investment agreement, the first version of the product must be on September 1, from July 1---September 1, only two months time, tight time, heavy tasks, during the period of many changes in product design, over and over again ... One day in mid-July, there was a plan to discuss several preparations for the plate, a new idea came out that night, with the technical partners, he felt good, can give up the original plan, the next day to open a product seminar, we feel that time is too tight, or adopt the original scheme, give up new ideas, although I am opposed, I want to wait for products to make changes after it, for the overall, the product plan is so decided ... The document, prototype came out quickly and began programming. Technical partner bombast, we are cross-platform development, Android, iOS generic, no testing! In the product front-end development, technical partners refer to the micro-letter, from the home page to the homepage, there are 4-5 pages of the transition page, asked him why so many pages? The answer is that this is what micro-letters do. Because I do not understand programming, do not understand the code, product development, entirely by the technical partners.

Finally, September 1, the product came out, a try, dumbfounded, too many useless pages, the user experience is very poor. So, an emergency product manager, new product manager arrived, the first time to put forward 28 amendments, to the September 10, and then put forward 22 amendments, to September 20, the product finally came out, and after more than a week, did more than 10 Android phone suitability test, during which asked technical partners, is not cross-platform development, can be used in Android, iOS GM do not test it? He said theoretically, whether it is so, I do not understand ... To October 1, the product on-line, began to use large account to promote, National day period, pushed 7 days, scold sound. The number of users is only more than 5,000, analysis of background data, feel that the product problem too much, not mature enough, so decisively stop the promotion.

By the middle of October, investors convened a meeting to analyze product and operational issues, my opinion is that the product direction is right, but this product we do not have the ability to do well, then investors have the intention to stop investing, I show respect and understanding. Technical partners are still talking, thinking they can iterate. In fact, after this period of operation to promote the realization of the product at the beginning of the design is not good, want to modify the success is futile. In the meantime, investors ask the technical partners why they want to start a business? He said he didn't want to start a business, came to Beijing to find a girlfriend, met me in the garage, I feel full of passion, so follow me to start a business.

October 15, investors put an end to investment, a look at the investment, technical partners immediately announced the dissolution of the team, no money, he quit. In fact, we still have more than 50,000 yuan in the account.
