Steve Jobs never seems to ask Apple customers what products they want, or he doesn't care about the needs of users. Jobs believes that if he develops a mobile phone that can play music and surf the internet, he can create desires and needs. It turned out he was right: his iphone changed the industry and opened a miniature http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13749.html "> Technological revolution."

Most entrepreneurs like to think of themselves as jobs. They think they know more about customer needs than customers. But it doesn't work in real life. Most tech entrepreneurs fail because no one buys or uses their own products.

So, does jobs really have some mystical power, or a magical hunch, that allows him to continually develop new technology? I don't think so. I think in his secret lab, Jobs asked his team to develop and test hundreds of ideas. He only put the best ideas into practice. He dares to give up the idea of failure, and when an idea is really good, he will give orders like a tyrant and make the idea come true. Eric Ries also supported this view and proposed five steps to help people do things like jobs:

Set high standards for the team; do not touch products that fail to achieve your vision; Repeat, repeat, repeat. Strict adherence to the vision; Discover customer needs, solve problems, and stand out from the design. Create as few products as possible and reserve resources for product testing. If you find a product that won't work, start over (change direction).
