In general, I find that the developers of different countries are not completely different (or have many similarities). It is interesting that different players do the same thing in different countries. Rasmus Lerdorf: In fact, this is the language of the problem, in open source projects, such as PHP, we have a unified application of C language. I don't know how much longer we need to overcome this problem.

Although I would be happy to suggest that American engineers learn some Chinese, this is not a realistic thing. I am not an American and my mother tongue is not English, so I understand and can feel the pain of not using my native language work, but we must face the reality.

Rasmus Lerdorf: I don't think technology is very important at all times, in fact, making the right judgments and decisions about the market at the right time is more important than any detail. I've seen a lot of companies that have been too much in pursuit of the perfect results, and they rashly used state-of-the-art technology, but they failed at last.

Rasmus Lerdorf: I think this phenomenon is everywhere. Banks and financial systems, for example, tend to use technologies that are different from web2.0. Government and military systems also have strict requirements for the use of technology, which limits their choice of technology. I'm not sure if this is a big problem, it might limit some common technologies, such as PHP and MySQL, into the banking system.
