First, find your core motivation, or beginner.

As long as things continue to go forward, then, our products can be done in the end, because "the world martial arts, but not broken." As fast as I can, I have time to listen and reflect.
Without the people who want to do things and get a sense of achievement by doing things, it's hard to grow into a good product manager in an entrepreneurial company. Because the problem of entrepreneurial companies is too much, things do not dare to push, then the money is also very difficult to take, you can only leave.
Second, it is extremely important to learn and to drive the learning atmosphere of the team.
When I began to make products in 11, the small white one, do not understand. White point, even learning do not know where to start, read books do not know which one, said more are tears ah ... But today, I have been able to communicate with the top-tier Internet company's leading product managers.
I think this is the most important thing is learning, learning methods including but not limited to looking at the industry good books, pay attention to the circle name Bo, on the know, on the Quora, on the watercress, pay attention to the appropriate micro-signal, sharing activities, writing reading notes, reflection, writing articles ...
Now, basically have good experience at home and abroad, good books, I can see the first time dynamic, and then start. This is my greatest experience.

Third, become a level of talent.
